RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received we are happy to offer a refund on unused, re-saleable items returned with original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.

FREE Returns to our Store/Showroom

Returns to our stores are completely FREE! You’ll need to take your Order Confirmation Email, or your.  Order Reference Number, or the Delivery Docket, and the credit/debit card used to pay for the order (if applicable). 

Returns via Post

You can post your item back to our Store/Showroom.

Please e-mail  Padraicues@gmail.com with Order Reference number and reason for return to get confirmation of return.  Package the items carefully in their original box or secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back clearly addressed to:

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.  We recommend that you use registered post to return your item.  You can purchase a returns label from An Post and drop your parcel off at your local post office or collection point. please see www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns for details.

We cannot offer exchanges on Online Returns unless faulty.

If you wish to return an item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion/Deal, you will forfeit any saving/benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.

Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER 

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period).  Please be aware that we start processing your order for dispatch as soon as it has been placed, and we cannot cancel, change or amend any orders once they are being processed.
